Systemic counseling
Systemic counseling is for individuals in difficult life situations seeking new ways of dealing with problems such as illness, loss, separation, career or family concerns. Systemic counseling often helps clients find new perspectives, “softening” their seemingly rigid, all-encompassing problems. This approach can assuage pain and suffering, and empower clients to make and implement decisions, thus facilitating substantial change.
Couple Counseling
Couples seek counseling in times of crisis, to find out where the relationship is going and to explore what each person needs in a safe environment. Talking about your relationship touches on intimate issues that demand utmost discretion. Your couple’s counselor should convince you on a professional level while being someone with whom you feel comfortable on a personal level. Whichever path the relationship takes, you want to find clarity, courage and hope to walk that path.
Family counseling
Family counseling is for parents, mothers, fathers, grandparents and relatives with or without children, seeking to take a step back from and better understand challenging family situations. Problems at school, illness, puberty and difficult developmental phases often motivate families to embark on a common journey to find new solutions. In other cases, conflicted relationships in a large family system lead families to seek counseling. I have experience working with a wide variety of domestic and school problems and provide professional support.

My approach to professional coaching
There are so many coaches out there – why choose me?
I received my training as a systemic consultant at an institute certified by the German Association for Systemic Therapy, Counseling and Family Therapy (DGSF).
Practicing systemic supervision means I offer you a wide range of methods and tools aimed at finding solutions and activating your resources. I offer effective and efficient support to help you find new approaches to your problems. My scientific foundation is based on systems theory, constructivism and hypnosystemic theory, drawing on a broad group of theories in the fields of communication and motivation research.
With decades of work experience in different systems including university, schools and various institutions, the study of communication patterns is like a second language to me.
I love taking a bird’s eye view at the “meta-level” and thinking outside of the box to support groups in transcending unhelpful repetitive patterns by finding useful new perspectives and visualizations.
As a systemic supervisor, I can work successfully with individual clients or entire teams, including work with large groups.
