I provide support to individuals, couples, families and organizations in personal, career or system development processes, giving them the opportunity to work through problems and find new solutions.Counseling and supervision are private services and are not covered by health insurance companies. All aspects of the counseling process are confidential. Counseling can be a helpful temporary measure while waiting for psychotherapeutic treatment.
Please contact me by phone or mail to make an appointment for a non-binding initial session.

Qualifications
Bilingual Counseling
Living in a global world, working abroad, raising children in a culture different than the one you grew up in, marrying a person from a different country, sharing more than one language within a family, working local with global people, all using English as the basic language. What a challenge to live up to every day! If you seek counseling or coaching, it might be nice to be able to do it in English.
I offer counseling and coaching in English – our second family language – and German. If being able to work together in English is a source of relief or even joy for you, as it is for me, then we’ll already be fulfilling that “responsibility” Erickson was talking about.
Systemic Counselor and Supervisor (DGSF; German Association for Systemic Therapy, Counseling and Family Therapy)
Through various activities in counseling, research, education, and other group-based organizations, I have found that the systemic /structural approach fits best with my way of thinking. Identifying the over-arching influences that cause and perpetuate crises and other impasses is a process that fascinates me. Understanding these factors and facilitating change through systemic counseling can help mitigate or even resolve crises. My experience in various system contexts qualifies me to assist clients in taking a step back from their problems and finding new perspectives in seemingly unchangeable situations.
